Bartell Drugs

​The Snyder Co. represented the Owner and Developer while working in collaboration with Redhawk Construction to build the newest retail store for the Bartell family.  The store is set in the heart of beautiful downtown North Bend and was a complicated project due to poor soil conditions. The 15,683 sf building sits on top of 295 pin piles, 6″ wide and roughly 40′ deep.
The North Bend Bartell Drugs represents the next generation of store with the updated Urban Market design.  Bartell Drugs shares the site with the new North Bend Visitor Center built by The Snyder Co. in phase two of development.
