This home was neglected and sat empty for years despite its location in a beautiful and popular Lakewood neighborhood. The house had sustained water damage at some point so a lot of drywall removal and repair was necessary. The floor plan was altered to allow for better flow and more open living. The house called for a trendy modern farmhouse design so we added those touches inside and out including embellishing the garage with faux carriage door hardware and windows. The pergola above the garage door and the beautiful stained front doors also added curb appeal turning this 70s house into an updated modern family home.
