2nd Place Southwest

This split level home was severely neglected and left full of junk.  Once the debris was cleared it was a fairly quick and easy project.  A wall was removed between the kitchen and living space and the home instantly felt bigger and brighter.  The beds and baths all had decent layouts so most of the work was cosmetic.  We added the full light front door trimmed in orange along with a new front porch to give the facade a modern appeal. The house is set off the main road in a nicely kept neighborhood which enhances the approach to this beautiful and private property.
